Early check in fee?!
I arrived at 2pm, and hour before checkin. There was no one in the lobby and I waited like 2 minutes for the girl to come check me in. She then tells me it’s $25 to check in early. Never heard of this in my entire life, I’ve also stayed at several aloft hotels before. She claimed it was due to availability. Yet, there was a room available. The worker was rude as all get out.

I liked the area and convenience to nearby businesses. The staff was excellent in helping us when we needed to adjust our reservation. The room needs much more lighting but otherwise a good value.

Such a nice hotel! We stayed only for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! Check in was very awesome too - Clarissa (I hope I spelled her name right!) was absolutely amazing and so nice and really treated us so kindly! We definitely appreciated her checking us in! Definitely would recommend this location !

Was under the impression there would be complimentary breakfast but nothing was complimentary and it was weird we had to go down to get our own extra blankets and towels as opposed to it being brought to the room like most hotels.
