Would stay here again. 5 mins away from airport. Close to everything we needed. Not sure if anyone was rooming next to us because it was very quiet. Sound proof is always a plus.
Although the location is near the airport I didn't hear planes overhead during my stay. There's a pool table and board games provided for use in the lobby which is nice and unique. Staff cleaned tables often and that is refreshing.
The breakfast was just ok.
Staff were awesome. So friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, shower was great. We stayed here so that we could leave our car and fly. Shuttle took us to airport and cost to park the car was reasonable.
The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. I was so happy about the walk in shower. It was also convenient to where I needed to go, which was to the state fair and shopping at the mall. I also loved how I was greeted with my name, when I turned the television on.
Service, staff, food and hospitality were great !! But room was not ready for us and had to wait in lobby for about 45 mins when we arrived. We had somewhere to be soon after our scheduled check in time and the delay made it very inconvenient. Staff apologized and kept us updated which helped. But experience would have been better if room had been ready.
I have stayed in many places with "breakfast" - The "breakfast" at Tru by Hilton was not even close to "breakfast" The room was micro small, no in-room amenities at all,
I won't make the mistake going there again.
Very clean hotel. Disappointed that housekeeping never came so I had to make my bed with new sheets, get garbage, and get rid of the towels. Staff then had me put the towels in the laundry room.
Our hotel stay would’ve been great except for the fact that my daughter left her purse in the room and when we call Tru, we’re told that the housekeeper didn’t turn anything in to their lost and found. Look, I understand that obviously it’s finders keepers once a guest leaves a room. I also understand that there should be a code of conduct that workers should have, and should be obligated to return guests items left behind. The housekeeper who cleaned room 127 on August 2, 2024 should be looked into so that this doesn’t happen again.
