This was the second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean. It’s a wonderful hotel for the price. The location is perfect for seeing a concert at Nationwide Arena. This hotel is always our go-to hotel when staying in the Columbus area.

In town with family for cheerleading competition. Very expensive hotel to stay at for an easy walk to convention center. 40 dollar amenity fee, 20/day for parking behind hotel with a difficult walk carrying luggage. Room was spacious. Liked the industrial look, but the bathroom was lacking. Felt dirty, tub all scratched up, shower head was ancient. No microwave in room. View from window was parking garage. Not what I would call premium. I’ve stayed in better for less. The hotel restaurant was good, pricey, but good.
