We checked into the property. Our rooms bath tub was covered in hair. The only resolution was to down grade our room. The second room they put us in had electrical issues. We went back to the first room and I cleaned out the tub by myself. Said I would be refunded but still havent been.

Pillows and bed were very good; although the fabric desk chair was a bit uncomfortable. Not sure if the fridge kept anything even slightly cold and I would not trust anything left in there overnight. Also no decaf or green tea options in room, but that is a pretty minor not. Not barn door or frosted door for the bathroom. That is a huge plus with the new annoying trend of see-through bathroom doors.

Loved the bed!
We had a great experience here. The staff was polite and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was fantastic (we should have checked to see what kind it was lol). The restaurant/bar area was set up very nice. The food was great (spicy chicken sandwich is a new favorite) with lots of drink options. We would definitely come back.
