People above us was noisy until well after midnight. My flight was 6:30 am and had to be at airport by 5:00 am. The hem was coming out on sheer curtains. Refrigerator was noisy. There was strange odor in hallway on 3rd floor.

Carpet was dirty. Hem hanging from curtains.room was small. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Bathroom was the best part of the room. Noisy. Someone above our room was stomping on floor (child?) kept us awake late and we had to be at the airport at 5am. Not much rest. Will not stay here again.

The staff were very kind and helpful! I made reservations because of a delayed flight with children, they played in the pool for hours. The water and pool room temperature was perfect. The desk attendant went above and beyond by providing us with extra towels for showers. Also, the hot chocolate table was a big hit for the children. Thanks!

Some issues, but stay was good.
Good customer service. Room was clean. I had a hold on my card for the total balance plus $100 for incidentals charge twice before I even checked in. It did not release right away. Breakfast was terrible. I was told breakfast would be available till 10:00 we went down at 9:00 and some of the pans were empty. When we asked the woman serving if she was going to refill the pans, she told us no. Stay was good otherwise.
