The Space:

This home has recently been renovated, completely, and designed specifically for the short-term guest in mind. Quality, practical, modern design.

Arrive at the home and park in the private driveway—there's space enough for three vehicles. Enter through the front and into a bright, welcoming space with clean lines, clean, modern décor and plenty of simple charm. Off of the main living space is the kitchen—fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. There's also a dining table with seating for six. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry for guest use, and access to the private backyard featuring clean air, open space and probably a clear Colorado sky! There's a gas grill out here on the patio for guest use too.

Back inside, there are two bedrooms off the main living area, both featuring voluminous & comfortable KING beds. All of our bedding is of quality, cleaned and laundered professionally. The linens are white, the bathrooms are spotless & modern—nicer than your typical hotel stay. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs—one featuring another KING bed, the other a comfortable queen. There's also an inviting and separate living space down here, with two exceptionally comfortable sofas along with 2 huge bean-bags for the kids (or the inner-children in all of us).

This home has been themed around a very real sense of practicality and value. It offers space, comfort, modern design, and spaces cleaned and managed professionally. With its central location, ease of access—and price—we're sure you, your family, your friends will give it an unequivocal double-thumbs-up. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house including: the four bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, and two bathrooms. The garage is not available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
Just a few miles directly east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this home is located in a transitioning neighborhood with both urban and suburban attributes. It is situated just off a main road, allowing exceptionally easy access to shopping, dining, and all of the best attractions the Pikes Peak region offers visitors and guests. Walgreens is right across the street (#CONVENIENCE!) and in case you like PIZZA, there's a Domino's literally next door! Across the street is a grocery, along with a truly great Colorado craft brewery, offering a true connoisseur's selection of quality, small-batch brews. Rough around the edges, but offering easy access and some great, hidden amenities, this area is a great alternative and a great VALUE for guests and visitors. The COS airport is approximately 10 minutes away. Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs are about 15 minutes away. Downtown—5 minutes. Centrally located, indeed.

Getting Around:
Although restaurants, shopping and other attractions are located close to this home, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.

ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* Garbage bin is located on the right side of the garage and is house side pickup every Tuesday.
* The driveway is very steep. We are working with the city to fix this issue.

- We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early. Thank you for your understanding.

🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.

Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Great 4 bedroom for fam and dogs!
Loved having a place I could bring my dogs along with me. The place was perfect with the right number of bedrooms. Close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs as well. We had everything we needed for our trip.

Great place for Family and Friends to stay
We enjoyed the accommodation's here and they were at a very reasonable rate. The Location is not horrible, the neighborhood is really a retail area. It was surprisingly quiet there though. It had everything we needed as we were visiting family in the area.

Not a great Neighborhood, but good location to surrounding destinations.
We experienced noisy traffic, sirens & peel-outs / burn-outs by motorcycles & cars every day, every hour of the day, but apart from that, the house was great, spacious & clean. If only the house was another 3 miles in any other direction! We were basically only there to sleep, we spent every day enjoying what Colorado had to offer us.

I'd stay again
I gave it 4 stars only because it was in an industrial area so it was loud and not easy to get into/out of. As well, it doesn't have the charm of a VRBO when everything seems like a hotel- lastly, the main entry has the old smell of smoke (which I think they are trying to rectify). Otherwise, it was a comfortable accommodation with plenty of space for myself and 3 kids. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious,
