Beautiful stay. Really lovely pool and friendly staff. Room service is fantastic ordered some food we were told exactly how long it would take. Asked for a late check out and management was very accomadating with request for a small fee.

Stay was still fine but I was a gold member and entitled to free upgrade but subject to availability. I was surprise when I was told by the hotel staff there is no such program with hotel.com
