Charming ground floor flat in a typical 18th century Veneto villa with swimming pool and private entrance.

The house is located in the beautiful Veronese hills (colognola ai colli) famous for its excellent wine production and only 18 km from the city that inspired Shakespeare, Verona.

The comfortable and extra child-friendly accommodation is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom; on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).

Guests have access to a private outdoor area for outdoor meals, and can also enjoy the spacious common areas with a children\'s playground and a swimming pool from which you can admire a splendid view of the surrounding vineyards.

For wine lovers, don\'t miss out on a walking or cycling trip to the Valpolicella region (35 km) known for its Amarone. The area is also ideal for events enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside: in mid-May, there is the popular Sagra dei Bisi festival; April Vinitaly and the opera season in July and August in Verona.
