Great service
We had a medical emergency overnight on the first night. The hotel were great, particularly the man on the reception acting quickly to phone an ambulance and converse with us in English. They remembered me the next morning and asked how my wife was doing seeing she was still in hospital. Really personal approach and good service. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself was lovely: modern, clean, with friendly, helpful staff. We had to request an accessible room at short notice and that was particularly good. Parking is limited though, and while its location is really convenient for the old town, it’s in a somewhat undesirable neighbourhood. But the price does reflect this.

Our stay was smooth and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and really nice.. great spread for breakfast with teas & coffee's for free.. hotel is very clean spacious & quirky.. the only downside is the parking situation but was resloved pretty quick.

Great property. Just a shame we got a room in the back. It’s a hike through the hotel and up some stairs to the “back lift”. The room itself was great but directly above the rail line which started about 5am unfortunately.

This hotel was perfect for our recent stay for the Christmas markets. The room was clean, shower facilities were brilliant and the staff were so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for others. Short walk from the Dom and the main train station too which makes easier for travel days
