Nice experience, great room for family of 4. Two rooms with 4 beds was a nice set up. Very quiet except construction next door in am. Great location.

The only thing missing was a kettle or coffee machine. Otherwise this was the perfect stay. We didn’t have the breakfast that the hotel offers (€) but it did look lovely. There are many close by bakeries, cafes, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Location was great. We booked 2 rooms. One was bigger than the other. The smaller one would have have been too small for all our luggage. But the bigger one (room 321) was perfect. Elevator is a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

A convenient stop over.
We stayed for a one night break on our travel by road. The hotel was adequate for our needs and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The city centre location was ideal with the magnificent Cathedral within east walking distance.Parking was in a nearby car park at extra cost (23 euros) The breakfast was better than average.

Nice place in Koln
We had a very good stay. This hotel is located close to the cathedral (5-6 block walk?)) and adjacent to myriads of shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a large attic room and our biggest concern was that it was not air conditioned - since it was pretty warm most days we were in Koln the room was often very warm. Staff were polite and helpful. There is a Chinese buffet next door to the hotel that was very reasonably priced and the food/service were great.

Staff was not knowledgeable about local services and attractions. Shower/bathtub is dangerous due to slippery bottom and lack of hand bars to assist with entering and exiting! No power outlet at the desk.
