Eagles Rest is an elevated and spacious 3 bedroom family home with glimpses of the ocean looking out over The Great Oyster Bay.

This property has a pool table for hours of fun with your family, comfortably furnished throughout with a modern and spacious kitchen.

With three large bedrooms, one has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a zip together king bed (or can be left as two single beds). The third bedroom has a tri-bunk, with a double on the bottom and a single bed on top.

There is one bathroom, that features a shower and separate bath tub.

The living area is open plan and the reverse cycle air-conditioning keeps the house cool in summer and cosy in winter.

Eagles Rest features a well equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and there is also a BBQ on the patio. There is a sheltered deck area at the entrance that is perfect for sitting and relaxing while watching the sun set over the Great Oyster Bay.

Eagles Rest is a short walk to Sandpiper Beach and located in the quite beach community of Swanwick, just 5km before reaching Coles Bay.
