Got in late. Clerk was rather abrupt and not helpful in providing location of room. Had to ask. Would have appreciated a hair dryer. A real no frills place. Otherwise everything was fine. Maid was very nice and friendly

Desk clerk told me my room wasn’t available due system overbooking, but she’d upgrade me….except system wouldn’t allow her to do that so she gave me someone else’s room and they would work on it…..I got what I paid for, but wonder about booking RR again

I had to switch rooms because the bed was covered in hair - seemingly both human and animal. The woman who moved me was very apologetic. In the morning, when I asked for a noon checkout, I was told that it would be $30. I'd never heard of such a thing. When i asked the front desk clerk, "Is it really thirty dollars for one hour?" He hung up the phone. Also, the rooms are shockingly small & the air conditioner kept going out. I had to get up 2-3 times in the middle of the night to fidget with it. I doubt I'd stay here again.

Pretty average property in need of some TLC but served the purpose of a room to sleep in. The bed mattress felt like it was about twenty years old. The room was on the dark side even with the lights on. The tub/shower combination was in need of renovation. Funny smell when entering the room but not overpowering. Next door neighbor’s door was really squeaky especially when they were leaving early in the morning and going into and out of their room. Upside was it was very inexpensive and close to the places we wanted to go. We felt pretty safe there especially with other guests in the area. Checking in was really quick and easy.

Very outdated. Key cards didn't work right even after being replaced. No extra toilet roll. Fortunately we only spent one night and didn't need it. Never stayed in a place where there wasn't an extra roll in the room.

We have stayed here before. The location was great for the wedding we were attending. Close to I-90. Access to I-90 from the hotel is a bit weird because of a concrete island at the end of the driveway. There is no breakfast but there is a Sheetz across the road that does made-to-order food.
