There were issues during checkin. First started out with getitng a room assigned that still needed to be cleaned. I arrived in early evening. The key to the next room assigned did not work. This was quickly resolved. Once I got into my room, all was fine. It was clean but nothing too fancy which is fine. Breakfast in the morning was average at best and there was no coffee. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The front staff was so nice and sociable! The room was clean amd the beds were so comfortable! It was an easy drive to baldwin wallace, i will be staying again when i go back!

The guy at check in was very kind and helpful! Room was clean and great for a quick stay. I can't speak about the breakfast because we didn't attend, but as for our room, its a standard room with a great location to several restaurants.

Room had hair and dirt on bathroom floors. There were dead& live bugs with dirt on bedroom floors. Hand towels had debris on them. Stains on bedspreads, curtains in disrepair, and gross smudge marks on the headboards🙄The dingy hair dryer looked to have dirt from 1970’s along with the light switches! Overall condition of the old hotel was ruff. Think a kid did the grout in the bathroom. I EXPECTED MORE FROM A TRAVELOCITY “ VERY GOOD” HOTEL!!! Lost my trust.
