The staff was not helpful at all and a little rude. The girl at the valet told us to park in a parking deck, which should’ve cost us $14 a night and ended up costing us $49. That was very upsetting. The room was $400 and they didn’t even offer park. This is a hotel in Cleveland Ohio not New York which I’ve been too and paid less a night with parking. But they did offer complementary coffee, and tea in the morning… that was meant to be sarcastic. I would never recommend to stay at this hotel, and I can definitely tell you that I will never go back again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard. I also didn't like that the tv was outdated and didn't have built in streaming apps that you can log into. Otherwise, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it's walking distance to everything.

Nice hotel right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Very friendly staff. Large and comfortable rooms (mine was anyway)and breakfast at the on-site restaurant (not included) was very convenient and good.

The room was loud, had no coffee amenities, and the lights didn't work. We paid for breakfast via hotels.com but the hotel did not have the record of our paying for the meal. The breakfast service was terrible and the food inedible.

Tyler in the front lobby was amazing. Accommodating remembered me. I felt that she likes her job and doesn’t handle it in a professional manner even there was a rudely customer in front of me. I thought she handled the situation amazingly that a good head on your shoulders, and she was super accommodating.

Mediocre hotel
I was quoted $680 when I arrived. But when I checked in I was told $1080, non-negotiable. Unacceptable. The staff seemed clueless half the time. The bathroom had no ventilation fan so after a shower the entire bathroom is steamy and remains steamy for hours. This also caused a musty smell to linger in there for most days, even with the window open. I requested additional pillows and towels, but I had to repeat my request 3 times before she understood what I was asking for. When housekeeping came by they took the extra towels and never replenished the additional ones I asked for. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to come at any specific time. It was random times each day. Good location if you want to be downtown but otherwise this was way overpriced. The fact that I was quoted $680 and forced to pay $1080 is frankly unacceptable though.
