The staff was amazing, I just did not expect for the room to look how mine did. There was sticky white stuff all over my sink, the shower head looked like it had build up and there was long hair on my bed that may have came from the cleaners.

Good modern decor. Good room sizes. Great Lake view. Housekeeping and waiting for your valet car could be better and quicker. Restaurants acceptable but breakfast expensive for what is offered.
