The staff was great; the room was spacious; the pool was enjoyed (a little chilly, but the hot tub was GREAT!); complementary cocktails between 5:30-7; a taco bar - free from 5:30-7; valet parking; good breakfast….the coolest building. What’s not to appreciate about a hotel like that???

Very nice hotel!! Everything was clean all staff was friendly. Walked to tailgate at the Muni lot, and to Browns stadium. Very close to a plethora of eating places.

Great hotel if you're in town to catch the Browns game. Walking distance to and from the stadium. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The three free drinks a day come in handy. Highly recommended.

We attended a concert in Cleveland and wanted close proximity to the venue. This hotel had history and was very cool with marble and older light fixtures in lobby and halls. Room with very high ceiling and was clean to the eye. But no extras at all, lotion was so small and only two towels. No complimentary waters in the rooms. We had arrived earlier than check in time and was told not to come back until then, no option of leaving our luggage or accommodations until "the hour". Very rude girl. Upon returning at the given hour, the line was 15 people back. So our wait was so unnecessary having given us a room 40 min earlier. After the concert, we went to the lounge as did about 30 other people only to have one person working. She suggested everyone make a line at the bar a she would take orders. Most of us left because of the inconvenience of this situation. Buffet breakfast- staff working was nice. But average to below average food available. It is actually better at some of the chain motels we use when traveling. The room was all we needed. Was quiet, bed comfortable and close for walking to venue. However, for the cost of the room it would have been nice to have had a few perks, or nice front desk people at least.
