The staff was not very friendly. The housekeeping staff was inconsistent. First we were not told that there was no housekeeping on a daily basis. Had to tell them to toss my trash. One day they cleaned the bathroom but did not make our beds. One day they "made" the beds but not very well. Just pulled the blankets up. I just don't understand for the amount you pay you get horrible service.

Everything was fine here except the elevators served only the top of the U shaped complex on one arm but my room was on the top of the other arm. A long walk from the elevator near room 401 and my room 461. Three long hallways to walk down. There were stairs near my room but they took you to an outside exit nowhere near the lobby. If there was some elevator or hallway I missed, it was not signed. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

This an order hotel. The furnishings and decor are dark. However, the room is clean spacious. Very comfortable bed. Nice TV. The lobby was clean and the check-in person was very pleasant and friendly. The cookies were GREAT. It is an older hotel with dark decor, but is very clean and everything is working fine. I stay here again.

My family and I stayed this past weekend we had 4 rooms, my 1st room had a lot of stains on the walls and the phone didn't work but the staff was nice and put me in another room. My sister's room had bed bugs and the rooms weren't that clean. The hotel didn't smell clean none of the clocks in the rooms worked. The ice machines were broken we had to get ice from the restaurant on site!

The whole 4th floor was smelling like mold and wet dog. We got stuck in an elevator over 15 minutes and I have severe anxiety. Hotel staff didn't even check to see if we were okay. Little pieces of paper on the floors in the room, bathrooms smelled like piss. Wallpaper was folding and peeling from water damage. Bartender was about as friendly as a 3 legged pitbull. Horrible experience

The pool was cool. However, there was a wet floor issue in our room that persisted for the week. I think it came from the air conditioner. Hopefully they fixed it after we left.

Our room looked very tired. peeling "leather" on chair, fraying carpet was a possible tripping hazard, both lamp shades were damaged and the curtains had an unsightly stain. Long black hair in tub and empty container of body scrub. My brother had a room on the same floor and he did not have any of the issues we had. It was quiet and convenient to shops and the lake.

I reserved a king room and they put me in a double and the thermostat was broken and needed replaced when I got to my room. Staff member at check in was not friendly or professional.
