Pool was not clean at all the water was nasty, the tv didn't work at all they have so many channels for nothing then you have to return the remotes to get your deposit money for something that didn't work we didn't have no lights by the bed it was just not worth the price the breakfast was very poor not variety at all

Nice hotel but horrible service. Online clearly says 2 bedroom can fit 4 people max , once checked in and came with full party of mine front desk wanted to charge $15 or $300 pesos for ever person besides me. Once we said we were going to contact Hotels.com they rethought and let us go to our room. Not only was that a problem but he rethought what l he said. Second there is still a man taking you to your room to open it and show you how to turn on tv ! Never been to a hotel that does that.i always get my key and go to my room. Definitely did way too much and tried to take money.
