Our stay was great! Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We had a double bed room with the balcony. The room was very clean. The only negative things I’d say about the room was the outlets need replaced. They won’t hold a charging block to charge your phone so we had to use the outlets on the desk. Also the toilet was very hard to flush. You can just tell that the rooms are old. But other than that our room was great! We were bummed that the resturant wasn’t open for breakfast upstairs. They said it is only open after 5. Which had of changed because we went several years ago for brunch and it was AMAZING. So we settled for breakfast at their tiny buffet they have down on the main floor. It was okay. Nothing special. I personally didn’t think it was worth 14$ a person plus 3&4$ for drinks a piece. But it was convenient.

They booked a wedding reception on the floor above us!! They walls shook and balcony doors shook . They partied for hours and at 9:30pm I finally called down to front desk cause I couldn’t take it anymore. They stated that the paperwork for the party says they have party till 10pm. I asked why would they book us in the room below when they knew they were having a party? I was completely ignored on that statement. Around 10:45pm party was still going and I called again she said she went upstairs and told them they had to start shutting down. It didn’t stop till after 11:00pm. The next day after no sleep my husband was taking a shower so we can leave earlier then check up out because we were just disgusted. He was taking a shower and maid walked in on him( we had do not disturb on door) after he got done he went to load up car. When the maid again walked into our room unannounced on me in bathroom. We told front desk they didn’t seem to care about anything and just said they aren’t supposed to do that. Didn’t say anything about the loud party at all!

Hotel was great. Room kind of small. Staff was sooooo helpful and had great attitudes. Not in the best of neighborhoods but walked over river and back to a reds game with my nine year old with no issues.

Not the best of stays. The sheets and blankets had multiple stains on them. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Room service did not come to clean out of the entire 4 nights we were there. We stayed there for our wedding, which resulted in boxes and things accumulating from decorations we had. Due to our room not being cleaned for 4 days we did have a pile, however, we cleaned and condensed the trash as much as possible, as well as the dirty towels, and we were still charged an additional $50 for such. I will never recommend or stay at a Radisson again.

The view was Amazing and the hotel is nostalgic but it needs a major renovation. The room had VERY slow drains, the shower head needs replaced, and the towel rack was barely on the wall. Just disappointed in the bathroom. I expected better for what I paid.

Property was I a good location to spend time in both Kentucky and Ohio. We went for a football game in Cincinnati. Everything was pretty much a short Uber drive away. Great bar with good food to!!

The place is dirty, your front desk employee was not presented clean. Your facility smells, there is garage all in the garage, your customer service is terrible, We found a bug crawling on the bed WHILE WE WERE LAYING IN IT. We killed the bug the same night we checked in, we left at midnight and the check in was 4pm. We called the front desk and she said they didn’t have anyone in house keeping that could be sent up. She asked us to take a picture and video of it, we said we killed it. I need a refund, I need to discuss something with someone, this was terrible service and an even more horrible experience.
