We really enjoyed our stay at the Alpha Motel, the spa bath was good nice to relax after a big day. Staff were very friendly and happy to help if we needed anything.

Not up to scratch!
I've stayed here a few times and had been okay so far, but the bathroom this time wasn't great. The two heat lamps didn't go and when you looked at the state of the unit it was pretty bad. Also I turned on a wall switch which must've been for the spa bath, which suddenly started going, but you couldn't turn it off at the bath as the switch there looked broken. The heat pump looked like a panel had been broken and was noisy as well. A bit tired overall, especially for a motel that uses the word luxury, when it is far from it.
