I didn’t like the rooms. They promised me a sofa bed and balcony. I even called and confirmed. There wasn’t a sofa in the room and cleanliness was ok. I wasn’t happy overall. Was too tired to talk to front desk and complain. Wish it would been a better experience for me and my kids.

The initial room they gave us was already occupied. 2nd room was OK. Why do hotels now have a complicated TV system and 3rd party streaming when all we want to do is watch regular TV?

$150 night hotel for $225 USD. No restaurant, have to go to Denny's outside, very basic, small room with basic shower. I've stayed in far better hotels for much less. Staff is nonexistent. Getting in and out is a disaster based on its location, traffic is very bad and just not a nice place to stay.
