Nice stay terrible breakfast
Our stay was fine, however, the continental breakfast was terrible. Food bins were empty 1/2 way into breakfast hours and were not filled for quite some time. The water in the jug was warm and it looked old. Coffee was out. It was such a terrible breakfast for such a nice hotel. Very disappointed.

Great staff, great rooms, great place
Always visit this hotel when I visit Chicago and the surrounding cities. Hotel recently became a comfort inn, however everything remained the same as my previous stays at this hotel over the years. Recognized a staff member that I have seen on every stay we’ve had at this hotel. She is very well mannered, respectful, and kind. There was an instance several years back when my flight into ohare airport came in around 9am, and she allowed me to check in which was very considerate and generous of her. On this most recent trip I called and requested a last minute change and the GM marcel was able to accommodate my request with no issues. Thanks a lot guys keep up the good work!!

I really don’t understand how this hotel had such a high rating! My room smelled like dirty head! The beds were uncomfortable, the blankets and the pillows also smelled like dirty clothes. The ac wasn’t working properly. The bath tub was dirty. The front desk staff were nice except the one that did my check out. I complained about the conditions and she treated me like I was lying. Last but not least, the room had roaches, specifically in the bathroom. Never again!
