My stay was terrible. When we checked in, the room was dirty. There were dirty laundry (lingerie) from the prior guests, the toilet seat was broken, the garbage still had garbage in it, the bathroom walls were full of someone else's hair and the vent was disgusting!

Very close to the naval base and everything was perfect for my stay. Staff was kind and the suite is worth the price, room looked like all of the pictures and they have a complimentary laundry room :) Will definitely be staying here in the future

The staff are so friendly and helpful.. I left my purse after checking out, and when I realized it and got back to the hotel an hour later they had it for me and nothing was missing! They’re the best! Can’t say enough good about them!!

When we arrived and went to bed, we found no blanket. When the wife went up to the front desk, she was made to show a picture of the missing blanket before they would give her a blanket. The floors are filthy. It was 10 minutes from our destination, Great Lakes Naval Station.

Room smelled like cigarettes. The toilet kept running through the night. Air/ heater couldn't get temp right. No forks to eat with. Even after telling front desk about toilet, never fixed in tge whole time i stayed. Staff was cordial

Our first room the heater was smoking and the room smelled badly and had a finger mail and bottle caps and flower petals on the floor. The second room was better but the place was very dated and I’m glad I did not pay the regular room price because it definitely would not have been worth it.
