Checked in later in the day and it was a smooth check in. Was greeted warmly and the one question I did have was answered promptly and thoroughly. Room was nice and didn’t have any loud noise or disturbances

For the price point the hotel was excellent. I only wish I could have checked in before 4 p.m. It was extremely comfortable, staff was so friendly and efficient!

You could hear every thing down the hall from inside your room. There was people arguing when I was trying to sleep and a baby yelling in the morning and I heard all of it like they were standing next to me. The room smelt bad, like onions to be honest. There were white stains on the couch which was very uncomfortable. Lights were dim.

I was very disappointed with this property. I checked into the hotel on a Tuesday and did not get housekeeping until Friday. I did not read or was told, I was required to bring the used towels to the front desk in order to get fresh ones. I also had to get bed linen for the sofa bed from the front desk.

It was in a convenient location and quiet. Parking lot was well lit. Rooms floors were greasy and counters felt dirty. Room service did not clean rooms during 3 day stay.

Boot Camp Grad stay
Stayed for my niece's Boot Camp graduation. So, only for 1 night. Room was spotless. Bed was super comfortable (not too plush and not too firm). Bathroom was clean. Shower head is old with a little rust but so what. Thats it. Fridge was clean. I used the iron and ironing board. Room is spacious. I was on the first floor. The front desk people were helpful. I checked in late and checked out early. They held my bag until my flight (around 2pm). And it's within 10 min of the base and 5 min of shopping and dining area.
