Room was nice. Service was great. We had a little inconvenience with the room cleanness but the front desk employee helped us and move us to another room. Breakfast was good. The room was excellent for my family. Definitely we will stay there again.

On the whole, the experience has been good. I would consider staying here again, particularly if I was in need of a place in this particular location for an extended stay. The room is spacious and updated, though I prefer tubs to shower-only. I like that you can scan a QR code and use your phone as the TV remote. There was plenty of cabinet space in the kitchenette, which included a microwave, a two-burner electric stove, full-size fridge/freezer combo, and dishwasher. Aside from an oven, it had all a person might need. There was a somewhat grimy pitcher in the fridge for water, though no Brita, filter, or bottle filler that I could find on the floor I was staying on. There was a laundry room with three washers and three dryers on my floor, a feature that is very appealing to me in the whole, though the machines themselves were top loading and outdated. I did not use them, so I can't comment on how well they worked. Breakfast was lackluster. I arrived an hour early and understand that they still needed time to prepare my room, but I wish they had a more spacious lobby with more seating, as there seemed be others in a similar situation who were waiting to be able to check in. The fact that each customer is charged an incidentals hold of $100/night is ludicrous - that is an exorbitant amount of money (especially compared to other hotels), and I hadn't anticipated that hold cutting into the funds I had available in my account for other necessities during my stay.

FANTASTIC!
GREAT hotel and location especailly for the price and ammenities! Service was fantastic and the room was HUGE and roomy and plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own space. Highly recommend, just steps away from some of the best shopping in the US!

One Day in the City
Room was a nice size and comfortable. The only issue is there was a humming noise I assuming from the vent which was annoying. Other than that I would stay here again.
