Just the best!!!
The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly! From the moment we checked in until we left, the staff were kind, polite and so sweet. Coming back from American Girl, a staff member asked if we had a minute to wait. He came back with an American Girl doll bed for each girl! They were tickled!!! Our 6 year old said “Oh my goodness he’s so kind!” That example alone speaks volumes to the fabulous staff there!

This hotel was a perfect choice for our anniversary trip! They upgraded us to a suite with water views and Marcus gave us some Prosecco to celebrate the evening! I loved walking along Lake Michigan in one direction and down the Magnificent Mile in the other! Breakfast was ok but not great - I wish they used real plates and silverware instead of plastic. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
