The staff was wonderful and always helpful if we had questions or needed a recommendation. The location was amazing for the value - very close to major attractions and within easy walking distance to transportation. It was very easy to fly to O’Hare, take the L into the city and walk to the Hotel (about $5 per person)! Definitely will stay there again when we go back to Chicago !!

Overall a good hotel! The location was perfect , it was clean and the service was nice! My only issue was older roofing and rotting on part of the roof in my room by a old hatch.

Spacious room and pleasant helpful staff. Exterior of hotel is unattractive and run down. Noisy at night due to adjacent elevated train. Definitely ask for a room away from the tracks. Also look out for undisclosed charges like credit card processing fee.

Would not stay here again. Other than one gentleman at the front desk that went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable the rest of the staff came in contact with was horrible. From the valet to the first front desk person we encountered our experience at this hotel was not what we hoped for or expected.

First of all, the staff was amazing! They were super helpful and went out of their way to treat us like friends. The hotel was clean and the room is nice. The only drawback is that it’s right by the El. But if you just ask for a room away from the El they are very accomodating

Just aweful! Room by the L Train! Window filthy!! Secret “preservation fee” daily $30+. TV options are horrible. No vending machines and/or lobby store. Very disappointed for the price.
