Nice hotel, clean, great location. Our second stay here, the staff was more polite / helpful the first time. Valet guys are very nice. We booked for 3 people, but although requested, sofa bed was not ready for us and did not have enough bath towels.

The staff was amazing, especially Enrique!! Victor and Beverly at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, always a hot shower, comfy in room robes, and a luxury bed! The location was super convenient - we walked everywhere. Valet parking was a bit pricey, but prompt and very efficient. Only small con would be better coffee in the room.

We were early and Beverly at the front desk was amazing. She helped get our room ready and we were in early. She guided us through parking and her and Nikko were so friendly. Beverly and Nikko made suggestions to survive the Chicago cold. The staff alone will make you want to visit over and over again.

Another excellent stay!
Annual holiday getaway! This hotel’s excellently situated. 2 blocks to Millennial Park, 1 block to State Street, and if you need to go farther it is right on the brown line. Hotel is lovely, check-in’s smooth, agents are efficient, and don’t miss interacting with Renee at the bar. She’s why we keep coming back to the Silversmith.

Very convenient location to millenium park and other downtown attractions. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel does have a few things that need improvement as far as upkeep. There was a cover on a hole in the wall near the toilet that fell off. It had been siliconed on instead of properly fixing. Other than that- fantastic stay and would recommend.

Room very good, but i dont like that i paid extra while choosing room with breakfast included and just get a voucher to only get 4 pancakes, 1 milk and 1 sandwich for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 11), asked front desk but rude and she said talk to expedia. Terrible

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing! Beverly at the front desk called the Italian Village, after asking us where we were going for dinner, and told them it was my mom's birthday. They surprised her with a song and a free cannoli!! The valet service was great, too.
