The views from the balcony’s were amazing and the rooms were very nice. The whole ambiance of the hotel was top tier and the staff was so nice to us. I’d definitely stay there again. I give it a 10 out of 10.

This is the second year we have stayed here. We like the convenience of the location, the quality of the room, and the friendliness of the staff. They are very accommodating and our perks as a VIP Member were appreciated. Our room had a view of Millennium Park, The bed was very comfortable and the generous bathroom with a soaker tub and enormous walk in shower was great. This is a full service hotel with a lounge, restaurant, coffee bar and health and fitness amenities. Walking distance to Millennium Park, Magnificent Mile, and The Loop make it a perfect location to experience Chicago. Weekday rates are very good and it is just far enough away from Michigan Ave. to be a quiet retreat from the holiday hustle and bustle.

Our room walls creaked very loudly all night and our lights flickered lien a rave party. This hotel is connected to the fire department so the sirens were very loud.

My partner and I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Chicago 3 times now when visiting Chicago, and it is always a lovely place to stay. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is very modern, kept exceptionally clean and has a lovely bar / restaurant.

I paid for a view of the park but did not get a view of the park. When I spoke to the front desk, they said it’s because I checked in at 930 pm. I told the front desk I responded to the hotels text message a week before my reservation and said my plane lands at 830pm please do not give my room away. He said I could come back tomorrow and they would try to move me. I was very disappointed with that answer. Also, the bathroom was not clean around the edges of the floor and walls, there was something splattered on the walls. I expected better from Radisson Blu Aqua

Property was nice and we really enjoyed the room we had ,along with the view ! I was not a fan of the parking price $78 a night for 3 nights is pretty high ! Front desk and staff was very very nice and attentive. Restaurant staff was a 3 out of 5 . My wife and I had to leave because no one helped us when we were seated 2 days in a row ! Amenities were ok within hotel stay ! I probably would not stay here again because of parking inconvenience and other taxes and deposits and resort fees that’s required !
