I love my stay. The restaurant could have some improvements. My food was cold but I also think it was because they were waiting on the steak. They offer to replace the food but I was really hungry. Overall my stay was great!

Very annoying that there was nowhere to plug in a phone charger on the left side of the bed. Also, the area with the bed got extremely cold at night while the sitting area actually maintained a reasonable temperature.

The Omni 676 hotel restaurant and bar was amazing! We had the pleasure of having Dena as our server. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to meet on our first stay at the property. She was absolutely amazing! Looking forward to coming back again next year! Thank you again Dena for your hospitality!!! You are the best. We booked the parade event at the Omni and was more than pleased. It was amazing. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect. The buffet was more than we had even dreamed of!

The staff were wonderful! Everything was very seamless and easy. They gave activity bags for the kids. Only draw back is the elevators are so slow. After waiting 20 minutes for an elevator we chose to take the stairs with a 4 year old and 6 month old.
