Heater didn’t work. I checked in late. No one came to my room to fix the heat issue. Showered this morning and there was hair and some kind of Dirt/soot in the shower. Disgusting place and not helpful.
I booked two standard queen. I was going to arrive at 8 am so I booked extra nights so I don’t have to wait for check in. Unfortunately, the room they gave me was one queen. When I spoke with the staff they said it migh have been a glitch from Expedia. I don’t think this was the case they didn’t show me how my reservation was in their system, and showed me something irrelevant. They gave me two options I could wait until 11 am at least to get my room which they mentioned it doesn’t have ironing regardless that this show in Expedia.or I pay more to upgrade to two queen deluxe room. Of course, I will not wait. And if I waited would they have refunded one night for me? I don’t think so. And believe me the deluxe room does not have anything special at all, it is similar or lower then any other room, no microwave or fridge. Not sure how the standard room will be, if they think this is a deluxe. I was clear that the issue I faced was the hotel issue and I should have had my room ready when I arrived. And I was clear when I said I am not happy and I will leave a comment expressing my issue. They should have compensated me not charging me more. The staff was nice and speaking nicely but didn’t help me in that case to resolve my issue.

Inside bathroom door handle just spun in my hand. It’s a good thing that I saw that before I close the door behind me. I was traveling alone so I would’ve been stuck in the bathroom.
Our first room (133) had a window that would not lock. (Heard someone broke into the room). We moved to room 233. Stayed the night, but realized ceiling was peeling. Looked like it was caving in. The front desk moved us again to room 322. That room was okay. Property needs some maintenance improvements.
The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I preferred the room I had on the third floor more than the room I had on the 1st floor because it was A LOT quieter.

They were only two pillows for two queen size bed, and when I want to the front desk to let them know, we need extra pillows They give me only one. there is no shampoo in the bathroom and we have to use bad quality soap and when I return to Tulsa Oklahoma, I have to take my wife to the hospital because she was allergic, and all of her body was rash they give her five syringes four the rush and I forgot to mention, they never clean up the room for the second day you spend in a hotel

Good weekly rates and pets stay free. Rooms are spacious and bed are decent. The property has room for you to walk your dogs but beware of lazy people who dont pick up after their dogs. Even with free bags put out by the motel. Downside is no breakfast and no microwaves or fridges in the rooms. Why i dont know. Other than that my kinda place with my kinda people staying here. God bless and stay positive.
