All was good though thé air conditioning is nous and in the immediate surroundings of the hotel it smells very badly due to a spot with homeless and people in drug. The personnel is not very kind. Nonetheless the position is crucial. Costs are added here and there ‘for amenities’ and caution

Wonderful! Clean, excellent hot shower ( double shower heads!), and conveniently located in downtown Chicago. We also loved the continental breakfast and happy hour that were included. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Great location, great restaurants and shopping all around. There was a strange 24hr weirdness with a guy sleeping in the lobby. At first I thought he was a guest with a bad hangover waiting for someone but after about 8 hours- we were coming and going, he was still there sleeping. Then he was outside sitting against the building then sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. It was just strange and somewhat unsettling. When I asked the person at the front desk about it, they just shrugged their shoulders. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Not worth the money, good location though
I paid and was told that I was getting a pull out couch by the front desk Ashley. I got to my room after arriving late and did not have a pull out couch. I called the front desk and basically was told too bad and there are no other rooms left. The Keurig machine in the room didn't work, the blinds were poor at best as they appeared to have wear and tear and were thin from the wear from the sunlight over time I assume. Breakfast was terrible, shower was a basic tub shower (something you would expect for a $120 a night hotel). The bed was terrible as well. There was some random guy that was just laying in the lobby all day on Saturday my first day at the hotel. On the flip side the soap was amazing and the location is good. I stay in around 50 hotels a year and this was by far the worst of my 2024 stays for the price.
