I mean….it’s okay I guess.
From the outside, it looks very nice! However, there are a few things to be aware of: the room does not include a microwave, and there are no ice machines, so you’ll need to go to the front desk if you want ice. The bed is also very uncomfortable—it felt like a cotton ball on a wooden slab and was very low to the floor. The bathroom had water stains on the counter and floors. The TVs are outdated and do not offer any streaming options. It could be a nice place if they addressed these issues.

I didn’t love the fact that I had to personally go down to the front desk to get a bucket of ice. But beyond that, I was very impressed with the staff during the day and at night. The bed was very comfy and the bathtub was a welcome experience after walking in town all day.

The property was nice and conveniently located to everything. It smells so good coming in and the staff was very friendly. The oversized tub was my favorite feature. The cons- poor lighting and the mirror lights didn’t work. We had three people in our room and they continuously gave us two towels and wash cloths. There was also some construction going on in the room next to ours with loud banging during the early morning hours. That was not fun, but still a decent stay.

Overall a nice stay
This was overall a nice stay, there were just a couple of things that made it 4 stars instead of 5. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and had the "do not disturb" sign on our handle, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door in the morning and woke us up. The bed was very firm and the pillows were thin and flat, I woke up very stiff. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. Its in a great location downtown. We did park at a different location for $25 cheaper than the hotel offered.
