Overall stay was underwhelming. Rooms below average, bathroom not cleaned properly. Found hairs on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub upon arrival. This made me question the overall room cleanliness. The bathroom cold water faucet was not working. It took 3 calls to the Reception Desk before a repairman was sent to fix the problem...which he did quickly. Next trip to Schaumburg I will choose another hotel.

Everything was excellent except the cleaning staff was rude, barged into my room at 1030 and told me i had to vacate my room by 11 am. I was in the Executive Suite.

Lobby is huge: was hard to see the check in desk. Activity in the hallways sounded like it was in your room. Shower grout had soap scum. Parking lot isn’t identified from the front of the hotel, and there is not enough space in front of the hotel to check in/unload car. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom small.

Nice location
Nice location. The mall s right across the street and plenty restaurants. Staff was friendly. However, breakfast is kind of expensive for such limited chose.

Great stay just sad there was construction going on but the rooms defintely need it. Showers especially. Food was excellent. Enjoyed a wonderful chicken Cesare salad and this morning I just asked room service to bring me two hard boiled eggs and a side avacado. The chef created a beautiful avocado toast with two eggs stop and fries!!! So good.

Girls weekend with my daughter and her friend.
We have stayed at this hotel several times and I will continue to stay there when in the area. Staff at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. They are doing some remodeling, but that did not affect us at all. The only comment I have about this one particular trip was room service. I was told that tip was not included, which I found out later was not true. And little things like no condiments with our breakfast no ice for sodas no complementary water glasses. It was also very hard to get a hold of room service but the colla get transferred to the front desk and they were on top of it. Like I said this will not affect my future at staying at this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful.. I like staying at this hotel because the area it is in is clean safe and there’s lots of options to shop! 😁
