This is a great hotel for the price. The lobby is beautiful! The staff is friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only comment I have is that the hallways are not well maintained - the carpets are dirty - which to me is not a huge deal.

The room was great, the hotel bar was nice, the restaurant should be a "bigger deal" in that it should be pushed more. The gym is fairly lacking in general attention (but is useable) it could use more space and perhaps a different machine or 2. Overall my stay was great, it was a good deal and a decent room that could stand to see a bit of modernization. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

Cons - The WiFi was terrible. - The rooms were relatively small. - Hot water was intermittently available during showers. _ The paint was peeling off the bathtub in one spot. - There was no safe in the room. Pros - Some of the staff were very helpful. - Free hot coffee was available in the morning.

It was a very nice hotel. We walked to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast Friday morning so it was nice that it was so close. The room was rather cold when we arrived, but we turned the air up when we got in.

Not as good as expected
Check in was easy except we didn't know exactly where it was located. People at desk were very nice. The room looks dated. No USB plugs at all or no clock near the bed. They could solve both of these with one clock that has USB plugs on it. The room was clean. There was zero view. We were on second floor and looked over the rocked from roof that had several satellite dishes. That was minor but a bit disappointing. Bed was comfortable for us, more soft than firm. It was OK overall but expected more from Hyatt.
