I recently stayed at the Hyatt for my 32th anniversary and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I also loved the view of the city from my room. It was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to such a stunning skyline made my stay even more memorable. The panoramic view added a special touch to my experience, allowing me to enjoy the vibrant cityscape right from my window. It truly enhanced my overall enjoyment of the hotel. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location. It’s within walking distance of numerous attractions, including the Millennium Park, which is a must-visit. This made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location!

Great location, bad shower!
The location is great, pretty close of Michigan Avenue where has great places to go and visit in walking distance. The room looks new, it might be just refurbished and it was nice, clean with a huge flat TB screen. The down side was the shower with a low pressure water flow, which I wasn’t sure expected for this hotel grade,
