Two problems. 1. Only 2 elevators and one was out of service, so that made going to room a test of patience at high traffic times 2. Breakfast was very crowded and to be honest, not the best breakfast quality. Had similar offering at recent stay in Seattle but food quality was much better.

Location is great. The room was comfortable. and the cleaning service impeccable. The room was however with electrical problems and 2 nights out of 4 we could not use our bedside lamps and outlets. Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the quality and the long line of the breakfast as not to speak about the long waiting time for the elevators, as one of the two was not in use during our 4 days stay. Thank you for your attention
