I like the convenience and quiet. It was clean & staff nice. The only thing that was great was limited parking in building so you have to find your own somewhere nearby through spot hero. But overall great experiences & already have next stay book.

Needs more parking.
Everything was great! They just need to improve on parking. Their garage is very small and since is first come first served, if you leave, you’re not guaranteed a spot when you come back.

When we first got there everything seemed good until night and checkout the morning shift lady at the front desk was not professional she lacked communication and was not hearing anything out we had to say and she had a very rude attitude towards me and that ruined my experience there and will not be coming and do not recommend……

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, and it is our go to when we are going to an event at the United Center because it's an easy walk to / from a concert or game. Hyatt service is consistent and helpful. Nice lobby area with bar (including some outside seating) on the 3rd floor, and also a pool and outdoor area on an upper floor. Rooms are well designed, quiet, and comfortable, with great beds and showers. Breakfast is nicely done, with helpful and friendly staff. The only challenge is hotel-provided parking, which is VERY limited and expensive. However, whenever we've brought a car, I've had little problem finding a safe street spot to park. This West Loop neighborhood is buzzing, with tons of restaurants and bars to walk to nearby, and easy walking access to the Loop if you're in town for work. Will continue to stay at this hotel for a great West Loop home base.

I was treated well by the reception staff, both check in & out. Room was spotless and comfortable. The accessibility equipment in the bathroom was perfect for me. Our breakfast was good with lots of choices. We were fortunate to have gotten parking on the premises and loved that we could walk to our destinations!

My son and I arrived after attending riot fest only to find that we didn’t have a room. The hotel people told us that my card was attempted to be charged 5 days prior and was denied. I did choose pay at the hotel so I am not sure this actually happened. What I believe is they over booked and by the time we got there all rooms were gone. I am very disappointed with this experience. They didn’t have parking either which was annoying because we walked .8 miles to hotel once we found parking and had to walk back to leave . We happy paid 2x less to stay in a Hilton in Naperville which was clean and comfortable. I will never stay at a Hyatt again in my life.
