Our family had a wonderful short stay at Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago! We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Turkey Trot, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Chicago, making it easy to walk to iconic landmarks like Millennium Park and the Art Institute. The hotel’s central position made exploring the city a breeze, and the nearby public transportation options gave us even more freedom to check out Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable—perfect for our family’s needs. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a gem. We left feeling like we’d truly experienced Chicago like locals and would happily stay here again!

Front staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our flight came in early and since our room was ready, we were able to settle in right away , which was amazing and appreciated. Blue line subway is super close and everything else that you might want to see and explore is walkable. We enjoyed our stay

Was given keys to an occupied room. Walked in and found someone’s valuables. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and the girl was less than apologetic and disgustingly rude. She snarkily offered to cancel my reservation but without a refund only. The room itself was subpar, small with stains on the wall. The view from the room was of construction. I’d never stay here again.

Room was big with a good view of the city and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom had no door though which some people might not like and the water never really got hot. It was still a super nice room for the price though.
