Great night in the city for Christmas
this is a great location for Christmas to get you millennium Park and the market in the walnut room at Macy’s. parking was reasonable. The only thing is the restaurant and bar was closed so we were not able to get food or drink there because of a private party I felt they should’ve told us that upfront. so if you need the restaurant, probably best to ask if they have any private parties booked.

The unassuming marquee belies a great hotel! It’s worth upgrading to a Millennium view room and you’ll feel like you are staying at a place that’s out of budget… yet the Arlo is a true bargain for how convenient and walkable everything in downtown Chicago is!

Great location, loved the hotel. Good Breakfast! Nice coffee in the room. Loved the Front desk person Skky, She was very polite, helpful and fixed any issues we had. Very friendly staff. Can’t stress enough what a great location this is, steps from millennium park, museums and fabulous shopping.

Great trip
We enjoyed our stay. All the staff were pleasant and professional . Very clean and the restaurant was wonderful too. The only thing was the shower. We are seniors and the shower floor was slippery for us, we had to use a towel as a mat in the shower.
