Overall this hotel is just okay. It is located in a quiet area. The hotel and rooms were clean. Also the beds were comfortable. This hotel allows dogs and we were placed across from people who couldn’t control their dogs barking. Also the ac system is terrible. You can’t get it to cool down and stay cool, the system turns off and comes back on when it gets to 73 even if you have it set to 66. Sleeping was uncomfortable if you sleep hot. Also there is no ventilation in the bathrooms so mold is growing. Also paid for breakfast only to have very few items to choose from and the items available were not good. Ended up not using the rest of the breakfast coupons that were paid for. It wasn’t the worst hotel but the money spent on two rooms it wasn’t worth it. I would stay somewhere else.

I found the staff to very non helpful. I am a travel healthcare worker. I don’t get off work until 2am. I asked for a hour later check out. I was told that they could not do that because they were booked for a wedding. I didn’t check out until Monday. There were only 10 cars in the parking lot when I left. I also don’t know of Monday weddings being a popular thing. I have stayed at this property 8 times. This had never been a problem before. The manager on staff Saturday was put off by letting me check out an hour later.

Awful room next to highway. Sounded like motor speedway was driving next to my bed! I didn’t sleep all night. They moved me to the other side of the building the next night. They didn’t comp me my prior nights room rate given I couldn’t sleep all night due to high noise level.

The property was clean. The pool is rather small but when you have children it’s a life saver. The staff were very helpful. The only negative is that I had included breakfast with my stay but the hotel didn’t have that in their records. I wish I would have taken a screenshot of my reservation. Expedia has non existent customer line. Oh well, there are many places to eat if you’re driving.

Close to Lake Forest which is a unique place. Rooms are very large. Rooms could use an update, getting worn. Lighting in the bathroom is inadequate. Expensive for a Hilton Garden Inn but I suppose you get what the traffic will bear.

Nice place e, too close to highway noise
The property was fine. Too close to the highway and could not adjust the air conditioning unit to run the fan. The noise from highway was too much.

Great hotel but next to a busy highway
Every staff person was amazing with help and friendliness. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. It was just the noise of the highway that was right outside our window that was uncomfortable.
