I want to start off saying the room was beautiful. The problem was we got there at 3:45. Check in was 3:00. They informed us that the room wasn’t ready so we had to walk to find a place to eat to wait. 2 hours later it was ready. The next day we asked for toilet paper. We left still waiting for it to arrive. It also may sound petty but when everyone else was checking in they got complimentary water. We didn’t get anything except checked in two hours later. I’m on the fence whether I would stay there again.
