Great place to stay in Chicago. Close to shopping and restaurants, easy drive to museums and attractions. The suite was perfect for our family of 3, our son slept on the pull out couch and we had the bedroom so everyone had privacy. Really cool pool on the top floor of the hotel!

Staff was very nice. The parking was difficult. We had a truck and wanted to valet because my husband walks with a cane. We arrived around 930 pm and were told by valet guy that we would have to park our truck in a garage three blocks away on our own. Had a hard time finding it and then my husband had to walk 3 blocks didn’t think he would make it. Then found out when we checked out the day valet said that they do valet park trucks in the same garage we had to self park. But loved everything else.
