It was a convenient location for our family’s reunion. It was quiet and the staff were nice. Nit sure why they charge for parking as there was plenty of parking around the hotel in the shopping mall parking lot. Shopping mall was kind of a ghost town.

Parking was convenient and you didn’t have to worry about leaving your car out in the heat. Breakfast options were decent. Shower was nice. Need security cameras and visible signage of surveillance in the parking garage.

Hotel was great. One of the housekeeping staff was a bit rude when I took one bath towel off her cart. Apparently you are suppose to knock on the door of the room that they are cleaning and then ask for a towel. I am now informed. Still getting use to rooms not being cleaned on a daily basis and the new protocol.
