It was a mixed experience during my recent stay. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the condition of the property was disappointing. On a cold night, when I checked in, the A/C was initially off, the room was freezing cold and I needed staff assistance to turn it on due to the old model. The overall property condition felt worn out. Additionally, only one of the two elevators was functioning, and the staff used it for maintenance during busy breakfast hours on a Saturday, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, the stay was marred by these issues.

Great location, friendly staff
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The front staff was courteous and the facility was clean. I only wish there was more seating for breakfast in the lobby. It would get pretty crowded in the mornings, and some families didn’t have a choice but to take food back to their rooms.

This place is horrible!! Mold in the bathrooms!! Rust on the walls, curtains are filthy, mattresses are lumpy and the pillows are flat!!!! I will NEVER stay here again until they close down and renovate!!!! P. S. The furniture is old and stained!!

Everything was wonderful, no funky smells never saw a bug, towels & sheets were clean (no stains). Great hot breakfast every morning, it was always a type of egg concoction, either bacon or sausage, always potatoes & waffle makers.

Unfortunately we noticed the bed was clean…up until pulling the entire cover off and the end of the bed was full of crumbs and other mess. At some point in the morning the floor above us did cause some issues with noise but for one night stay it was adjustable.

Our stay was just ok. We’ve stayed before because of the convenience to the park but I wasn’t too happy with this stay. I had 2 rooms and specifically asked for our rooms to be close together or at least on the same floor, that didn’t happen. My understanding was it wouldn’t be a problem to do so. Trash behind the beds. Definitely not enough electrical outlets to charge our phones etc.. Air/Heater unit was extremely loud. Most likely I’ll choose a different hotel on our next trip.
