The price is nice. If I paid more I would be very upset. Doors in 2 rooms don't have working dead bolts. (Doors fell down.) There is dirt and grime. Always a stain or two on a towel or bedding. I have a black light and in the dark, you see "stains."

This place sucks
Rooms are dirty pots and pans are extremely filthy that the receptionist gives you breakfast is not breakfast cigarette burns all over the tubs hallways stink never again

Just take your number. Day deposit is refundable at check out but have to wait for 7 days and if you r extend the stay through the 3rd party. They refund the deposit and you don't get it back yet have to put another one down

This property is awful! The beds are on exposed cheap metal frames. The mattress has a plastic cover over it and nothing between it and the sheet - your bed crunches and does not breathe. The pillows are old and worn and barely a pillow at all. The fridge is dinged up, countertop laminate is peeling. No dishes in the room. It was appalling!

At this particular Extended Stay was there for 3 days on a UPS Teamster business meeting. The room I was in 132 had no ventilation upon cooking & using the kitchen. The exhaust fan above the stove wasn't connected to an outlet to remove the smoke accumulated in the room. The fan blew the smoke right back into your face & filled the entire room with smoke making it impossible to remain in the room. Had to sit outside for over 3 hours until the smoke cleared. All my clothes smelled like burnt cooking smoke. The windows were screwed shut to where it would only open one inch. I would not recommend this particular Extended Stay in 2000 Roselle Rd in Schaumburg to any UPS Teamster. Johnny Bell. UPS Teamster #50266.
