Room 331 was not in the best shape. There was broken glass near the bed as the painting hanging on the wall was damaged and left on the wall. The stand for the TV in the room was broken as well, the TV still functioned but looked like it was hanging on it's last leg
We had issues with our key cards at first, but the night time attendant assigned us another room. She was the most helpful and best part of our stay. The room on the other hand - had not been cleaned, no shower curtain or wash cloths, waste can in bathroom was filled with dirty/used hygiene items.
The hotel desk hours open on the weekends at 10a.m. In the morning, requesting a shower curtain and wash cloths via the woman on the lobby phone (7:30a.m.) stated the night time attendant at our location does not have access to the laundry room or maintenance items. Very inconvenient and unpleasant experience.
I didn't arrive until after 11 pm so checking in required making a phone call and helping the front desk attendant open up the security shutter. The shutter needs WD40 or servicing with how hard it is to operate... The attendant was very nice everything else felt very secure and was clean. I had to leave in the morning before 8 though and I didn't have time to wait for the same process as the night before so I wasn't able to check out or drop my keys in a drop box.
Other than the check in/out process not being one I've encountered before, my stay was good. I liked my room so much, I was disappointed I couldn't stay longer.
Dining options and convenience is what I like. Also Catalina , desk clerk was very helpful with my concerns. What I didn't like..:...my room 110......... trash underneath the bed. Bathroom room sink stopper not working. Lamp shades switch not working.
Not like the service.Receptionist said they couldn’t find our reservation and not got the room (2 full bed for 4 people)we booked.They provided another room with more charge and less occupying space.Room was dirty (not at all cleaned,looked like it was not cleaned after the previous person checked out)
Disappointing. Stayed at one 9 months ago and it was great. If you can't leave cookware in the room, then charge a deposit. Clearly asylum seekers staying at these. No problem but I should not have to deal with ramifications of this including no ice, no kitchenware, charge for clean towels, no breakfast, no coffee. I brought coffee but no coffee maker! Not acceptable.
Staff, not available during business hour, nor are they cordial and courteous.
