I got a room on the first floor. My first impression was that it was really dirty and had dirty towels on the floor when I went in. I called front desk to ask if I could get another room. They said no & hung up on me. Never again.

i booked a room a king bedroom with sofa bed and i got another room with a small sofa so i was disappointed also there were not that much entertainment or food service. i was disappointed with the breakfast buffet there were also not that much choice of food i only could eat eggs . there were no choice if chicken or beef or choice of cheese. that hotel disappointed me ! will not recommend

Little getaway for kids to swim
Booked a hotel nearby for the kids to swim and celebrate New Years. The rooms were a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. No refrigerator in room. The pool was big and pleasantly warm, never over crowded. The hot tub was super hot. They had a bar that served food, but we didn't try it. Sat down in bar area and played games and they didn't have issue with that.
