Old remote with only regular tv channels. Not much for the kids to watch! I got a kick out of the older clock radio with CD player. Check in lady was super nice and the room is nice

Horrible ... never again

We were ahead of schedule on Friday ( day we checked in) so we called the hotel to see if we could check in early. The woman who answered was so incredibly rude. Stating our check in time was 3pm, then emphasized on our room would be ready AFTER 3. Room was beautiful, had a jaccuzi and fireplace. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants. And the people.next to us had a screaming baby. You could hear everything. The breakfast was basically non existent. And the area was dirty. The hotel brags about fresh baked cookies. Which was never there. We stay with this chain often and are so disappointed.

Pool towels should have been readily available instead of me having to walk to front desk everytime we got to the pool. No one told us the end door didn’t work so I had to walk to front entrance in 5°weather which was absolutely UNCALLED for!! Breakfast was ok but there was no yogurt or high protein options and that is really a needed option.

Property was clean and everything was good except the breakfast. I don’t think they put any salt in eggs, oatmeal or waffle mix. It’s pretty hard to mess up oatmeal but somehow they accomplished it. I almost never throw food away but I tossed the oatmeal and waffle. They could stand to have some brown sugar and raisins to put in the oatmeal.

Was told by the Front Desk Agent that our Expedia reservation was cancelled and refused to check us in as the property was sold out. Due to time constraints, was forced to book at another hotel and spend additional money. Called Expedia the next morning and was told they refused to refund me due to being noshowed by the property. What a scam!
