Stranded at O'Hare due to weather, so I needed a reasonable priced hotel nearby with 24/7 free airport shuttle. This worked. Easy to book and check in, clean and comfortable, staff helpful. The restaurant across the parking lot was good, filling, friendly.

Staff at front desk was great, but calling for any assistance over the phone was a terrible experience. Four separate calls and never got a single answer to my questions about the shuttle service. I was hung up on multiple times. Not on accident. They just suddenly would talk over me and say, "thanks for calling, have a nice night" *click*. Never seen anything like it
