What is unique about the property is the spectacular lobby but it was so crowded the entire time that we were really unable to use it. Many of the people there were pretty clearly not hotel guests which was ok, except it meant there was nowhere to work other than the hotel room which is small and dark.

Fantastic location, directly across from Millennium Park with plenty of dining options nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. However, the room was very dark, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quite dark, with its dark wood paneling and low lighting. It had a bit of a speakeasy vibe.
