This listing is for Unit 1 (apartment upstairs) in a brand new house on main street in Cheticamp, on the Cabot Trail.

The house has two apartments (i.e. Unit 1 on the main floor & Unit 2 downstairs).

Unit 1 (apartment upstairs) has the following characteristics:
- has 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed & the other with both a single bed and a double bed) and also has a sofa bed in the living room which opens up into a queen bed;
- has one fairly large bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower;
- has large windows to let the sun & light come in;
- has a magnificient scenic view of the Cheticamp harbour & Cheticamp island.

- is a 45 min. drive to two renowned golf courses in Inverness - Cabot Links & Cabot Cliffs.

Unit 1 is also very central on Cape Breton Island, being only about a day's trip to most parts of the island.

Great location
We stayed for four nights. The location was great for visiting Chéticamp and the surrounding area. It would be helpful if the host checked the utensils and equipment to ensure that guests have everything they need. The chairs on the deck should be replaced as they are sun scorched and they are falling apart. With all this said we would stay there again.

Amazing place
This property had everything and more. It is a new house where we had all the comforts of home. Comfy beds and couches, as well as a deck overlooking the water which had beautiful sunsets. Kitchen is well stocked, ample linens and a new washer/ dryer made us wish we stayed longer than 2 nights.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights while in Cheticamp and this is a fabulous property. Everything in the unit is very nice and in perfect working order. Very comfortable beds, couches, big kitchen table, fully stocked kitchen, large screen TV, wifi, AC, and a beautiful view from the big patio. The host was very helpful and she had a full binder of helpful and fun information (including how to tell if the weather is going to be nice from where the cows are on the beach or not - weird and hilarious and completely accurate!). If you’re in Cheticamp, it’s the place to stay .

100% Perfect accommodation
This two BR property was exactly as advertised or better - spotless, exceptionally well equipped, and perfect location. The single request we had was to include a rubber mat for the bathtub. It had two handicap bars, but my 93 yr old mom was a bit nervous that tub bottom was slippery for her to have a shower. Otherwise - BRAVO! would rent again in a heartbeat. The property was advertised as a facility that contains four bedrooms and two washrooms. However, there were only two bedrooms and a single washroom only. Therefore, staying there for two families were extremely inconvenient and embarrassing.

Perfect Starting Spot to Visit Cape Breton
This spotless new home has large windows and deck that provided a fabulous view of Cheticamp town and sunsets. Well designed open concept kitchen for meal prep and living room for socializing with friends. Washer and dryer was a real bonus.

Amazing spot!
We had a great time at Georgina’s rental property. It was clean, had everything we needed, and even had fudge in the fridge for us! The location is fabulous and the views are amazing! Communication with the property host was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this property!

Spotless, clean property in Cheticamp
Our stay at Georgina Property located in Cheticamp was absolutely relaxing and what we hoped for. The property was spotless clean and well organized with all the things you need. We did Cape Breton Island drive-hikes-water activity and stayed here to relax for the last two days of our trip and we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and views were outstanding. It is located on West Side of Cape Breton so you can watch beautiful sunset right from the balcony of the house. The owner was super quick in responses and was so thoughtful to even baked fudge on our arrival day! The information folder has all the info that one can think of exploring Cheticamp and near area/places. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.
