The Lofts on Manning reside above one of Chattanooga's most successful Hair Salons, Salon 30A.
Suite 202 has two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and a comfortable porch with seating for at least 4. The master bedroom has a brand new Purple Hybrid 3 king bed mattress and three beautifully trimmed wood windows allowing for tons of natural light. The other bedroom is a comfortable setup for kids or adults with one full bed and a twin bunk bed. The living room has a brand new Safavieh chase lounger couch and two comfortable sitting chairs. Seating for four in the living room is very comfortable. The kitchen boasts brand new LG range, LG refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher and has all the dishware needed to cook a large meal. The bathroom has a walk in tile shower and vanity with storage. Adjacent to the unit is a spacious common area that may be used by guests.
The Lofts on Manning boast beautiful wide pine plank floors and large wood trimmed windows to create a warm comfortable environment for those who enjoy a unique stay versus a cookie cutter hotel experience. These units are on a second floor with 20 steps up a boxed stairwell.
The property is very close to highway 27 with easy access to I24 and I75. It is also within easy walking distance to Frazier Ave shops, the Walnut St. Bridge and Coolidge Park. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within a 10 minute walk of the property. Whole Foods and Publix Groceries stores are also an easy walk. Free parking is available, but a car is not necessary for a stay at this location.

Nice place, close to Market Street Bridge
We stayed here so my wife could race her Ironman race across the river from this location. Conveniently located about a 20 minute walk to the Aquarium where the Ironman village is located. Second room is more suitable for kids or smaller people.

Good close location, owner very responsive to minor check-in issue, few nits but overall enjoyed it. If you are a light sleeper would not recommend, highway is not that far away and can get some loud vehicles throughout the night

The Lofts on Manning
The unit itself was very nice and very convenient to everything my wife and I wanted to do. However, due to proximity of the other units, we were kept awake on Friday evening, after arriving and trying to go to bed, until after 1:00 in the morning due to extremely loud fighting and cursing. Then after going to bed Saturday evening, we were woken up at 3:00 in the morning by one of the tenants loudly fighting with someone on the phone. I messaged the host on both instances. The first time it was addressed after a length of time but the second time it was ignored. So over the stay of Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning, we had maybe a total of 8-9 hours of sleep. Chattanooga was an enjoyable city, but I will definitely make it a point to stay away from this residence in the future.

The place was clean and the location was fantastic with easy access to downtown. Had some problems with the A/C... it couldnt keep up and would get very warm from early afternoon until the middle of the night. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very clean and well taken care of. Loved the interior decorating as well. It was withing walking distance to some of the North Chattanooga areas. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Stay: Our Experience at the Lofts at Manning-North Shore
We had an incredible experience staying at the Lofts at Manning. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive and made great recommendations for local dining. We celebrated two milestones over the weekend and our family enjoyed every moment at this beautiful loft. We can't wait to return. 5 out of 5 for certain!!!

Perfect location!
Property location is literally a few minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Plenty of great places to eat or take out also within minutes . Check in/out and communication with own was SUPER easy. Would definitely recommend to any couples or families with 2 or less kids. Would stay again!

Wonderful property and location
My son and I visited Chattanooga for spring break to do some hiking. This property is new, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to everything by car - a very short drive to the grocery, downtown, and all of the area attractions. The owner was proactive in reaching out to offer support for our trip, and we felt like we did not have a to worry about anything while we were there. It was a wonderful place to return to each evening to unwind after a long day of hiking. We would definitely choose this property again for future visits.

Wife, Daughter and myself stayed here for fall break Tuesdays- Saturday. Convenient to everything, clean and well stocked. Fit oir needs very well and supplied enough space so the family didn't feel cramped together. Daughter liked her room with the loft bed. We would rent this location again without hesitation.

Beautiful Getaway
This property was exactly what my family and I were looking for. Within 10 minutes of all locations you would want to visit within Chattanooga. To top it off, you don't take the hussle and bussle back with you. The property is tucked away in a quiet area off one of the main streets. You could even walk from the property to local restaurants, bars, and shopping. The owner was laid back and friendly. Offered help each and every time we spoke. Shared favorite restaurants, and explained property and how it came to be. The best part of this place was definitely the bathroom, which had a speaker to sync to your phone while you took a rainfall shower! The kitchen has everything we needed. The bedrooms were beyond comfortable with extra fluffy pillows and covers. 110% recommend to anyone!

Nice little loft in a good location that's close to everything. So many restaurants within 5min drive. Near the Aquarium and 20mins away to many other attractions nearby. The apt is just as pictured, very nice, clean, cozy. Not the best of views out of your patio, but being in that part of town close to everything that's sort of expected. Construction was going on in the lot across the street, but it wasn't enough to disturb our stay and our 5yr enjoyed watching Front Loaders and Dump trucks moving dirt around :) Really enjoyed the location, being super close to everything. You could essentially walk to many restaurants nearby if you wanted to. Host was responsive and super nice. A+ stay. Looking forward to returning to Chatanooga in the future with the extended family and potentially renting out multiple units in the loft. Suggestions for the host: have a step-stool available to help little ones wash their hands in the sink. Also consider having curtains installed in the living room, although the patio doors have built in shades, the afternoon sun blares through and it's tough to enjoy TV time in the mid-late afternoon hours.

Lovely stay, clean, comfy, like home, walkable to Northshore points of interest
My boyfriend and I stayed for a week when he had to be in Chattanooga for work. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most meals in, and the Whole Foods and Publix are within walking distance. Also, within walking distance are many restaurants, shops, coffee places, Coolidge Park, and Walnut Street Bridge. Had some initial issues with the wifi for my remote working situation, but the hosts were very responsive and helped work it out promptly. The whole place was clean and well-appointed, we felt very comfortable, a great home away from home for our week-long stay.
