Gave me a key to someone’s occupied room. Swapped, room smelled very strong of dirty bleach. Very noisy, could hear people all night. Could also smell cigarettes which aren’t supposed to be.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. Our bed was very comfortable. Although it is nothing fancy, this was a nice hotel for the price.

It was okay.
The hotel was serviceable, and for the price, you get what you pay for. It was advertised as having a pool and hot tub which was required for our trip. The pool was closed and there is no hot tub. I wouldn’t book again. Hotels.com did nothing but tell me they don’t run the hotel…obviously. I won’t use the booking site again either. They don’t care about making sure their listings are accurate.

Their system for recording occupants in rooms was down and we were given acces to an occupied room. We were then told they could not guarantee no one would enter our room.

The facility is old and in need of some updating. The area is not the most traveled and a couple of the Uber drivers remarked that the neighborhood was "sketchy".
