Clean property with a very warm and friendly staff. Chris at the valet was fantastic. The bar food was great. Location is close to everything. Having a Walgreens and Starbucks in the lower lobby was super convenient.

We had a lousy cockroach infestation in our bathroom. If I had been too tired last night, I would've switched rooms. Four giant roaches and babies were on the walls, floor, and even the shower. it’s a shame because it’s a lovely property with a lot to offer. Our particular room was very bad with bugs.

The staff was so friendly and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. It’s a great location and walkable to the stadium. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I traveled up to Charlotte to go to a concert, and we were so impressed with the Omni. Although it’s noisy, that’s expected from a hotel right snack in the middle of the city. The customer service was impeccable, and Clarissa at the front desk was amazing! Every staff member was truly so kind and helpful. The room service was soooo delicious! They even have access to a FULL gym (not just a hotel gym), and an entire food court with lots of options with access directly from the lobby. I would definitely return for another stay!

Highly recommend…home away from home!
We loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding/long weekend and kept calling the Omni our “home”. It truly felt like home. So comfortable & accessible to many restaurants/coffee shops/bars, pharmacies, etc. Excellent location and very friendly staff! The rooftop pool was SO cool…even just to sit out there and hang out. Would highly recommend.

Our room was suppose to have a separate seating area with a separate TV, which is what you advertised. Did not have this and was not the cleanest I have stayed in.
